I discovered coaching right before the birth of my second child when I felt it was finally the right time to follow my passion of wanting to help people. I learned how coaching can help unlock what keeps people stuck and that seemed to be just the right fit for what I had been searching for. I found through my coaching certification program at GMU that listening, asking the right questions and being present comes naturally to me and that my clients find great value in that. I have worked with senior/mid-level/young professionals in nonprofit and public sectors in the areas of workplace progression, finding their calling, navigating inner office politics, finding their strengths and how personal values come into play in each of their lives and workplaces among many other things. |
